    Hello everyone.
I bought an 18 TRD off-road last week. Whilst pulling the window stickers and dealer plates off I decided to crawl underneath to take a look around. How does the rear diff lock actuate? I had an 86 pickup input the 4Runner E-locker rear end in and it used a giant motor. All I see are two little guys that are plugged into the rear end on the passenger side. All info is appreciated.

It's built into the differential housing now. Very little, if anything is now exposed.

Thanks! Would anyone happen to have links to the inner workings of this little guy?

I never learned definitively, and hope i never do frankly, but the forum did learn a bit while working on lock anytime for OR/Pro.

Note, this never got completed. I (poorly) designed a circuit to do the job, but I never built it myself, and I don't think anybody else did.

Internally, I think it is like an Eaton electric locker, quite a few videos showing them...
