I was told that the SPC will not work with my current lift system. Its made for a much higher lift that is way its maxed on on camber and no caster.
So i am thinking i need to install a Diff drop, ans sway bar relo. That should give me some camber on drop the LCA a bit.
Whats your thoughts guys? Also, has anyone used the Total Chaos Spindles before?
    Will that help as well?

First of all your SPC balljoint is installed backwards. Secondly you can have the SPC arms with no lift and have facory alignment specs if you want. Thirdly your alignment tech is an idiot and so is the mechanic that installed the UCAs... the 2 degrees of camber post alignment and the SPC camber adjustment maxed out should have been a hint... Forthly adding caster with the SPC arms moves your wheel back towards the cab mount.

And yes your stock mud flaps wont sork with 285s....

So much misinformation in this thread its not even funny.

And a diff drop has nothing to do with anything regarding alignment, or controll arms or clunking.. based on the SPC instal in seems your mechanic cant read instructions and you should have everything else he did checked over by somebody competent.

Right now your camber is way out at +2 degrees so you will wear out your tires very fast. All you need to do is jack up each front corner, take off the nut on the SPC arm, lift the arm off the balljoint, and turn your balljoint 180 degrees so the flat surface with the SPC logo on it faces out. then reinstall nut, torque to 150 lbs and get another wheel alignment. And bring them the SPC instruction sheet.

You want orientation "D" but they are installed backwards. Both balljoints are the same, there it no left or right. The UCA itself looks to be installed correctly. You want the flat part to be facing outwards, not the round part. Turning them around takes 5 minutes per side..

Yes, looks like the orientation currently on the truck is set to A +2.0 caster.
I can do this change on my own, but i would still need to take for alignment still. I called up the shop and they will fix the issue.

You are not set to A. You are backwards from D.
