Ive given it plenty of chances when I got in my 20's I gave up on it for life. I'd rather have mayo and tomato on white cake than icing

That's what we did, luckily I found one thing me and my ole lady agree on.

 

Find like Casper beds or some big internet mattress seller and see if they have a 30 day trial period or something. Beats the check out of mattress shopping all weekend plus how much can you tell in < 5 mind of layin on one in a store anyway

 

My wife drug me to an outdoor mall that had a Casper store. The mattress sales people are a strange breed, would rather order online.

 

For the price there quality I like them alot

I've actually thought about trying one of those next time. I mean 100 night sleep test and they'll pick it up for free if you don't like it? Worth a try anyway, they say the memory foam mattresses are the shizzle once you sleep on them a few days.

 

I have a gel core with like a 3" memory foam topper and its supposed to be cooler than a straight MF mattress we have had it about 4 years and we really like it. A local discount/wholesale Ashley furniture store use to carry them it wasn't some major brand but its nice and firm and that's what we wanted and we did get to try out they floor model. I think it was right at $800 out the door. My boss ordered one on Amazon and said it comes in a little box and u just open it and let it set 24 hours and it puffs up to size

 

The Casper “Wave” is their new one, $2,200 for the king, it was very good, The original Casper was too soft for me, like jello, but only $1,100.

 

We are a Toyota family so we sleep well at night. The nice mattress is just a bonus
