I may have tweaked a few things...
Yeah I have to remember to retighten in a week or two just to make sure I don’t end up like that either.

AAL install went super smooth, I really enjoyed that one! @little squirt these are the AALs you tagged me on a while back. I scooped them up and have been sitting on them for a bit.

Got my rake back. Also reduced the forward/backward movement when shifting and the side to side wobbling when going over bumps unevenly with left/right tires. Guess my tail was even squishier than I had realized, i’ve been so focused on the front suspension.

New some help....I'm running a temporary 12v out to the bed of my truck to power my whynter frig. I'm running the wire from my blue sea fuse block under the hood and am going to ground the 12v in the rear of the truck. What size fuse should I use?

Is there any info on the fridge as to how many watts or amps it is?

It says it only pulls 5.5 Amps to run. Not sure if there's an initial startup amp spike. What gauge wire did you run?

Just based off this info, assuming the wire can carry the load, I'd suggest 20 amps and see how that works. You really only need the fuse to prevent a wire fire in case of a short. So you want a fuse that will handle enough current for the fridge but will handle less than the max current for thr wire. I think I explained that right.

Care to chime in @Iggy and @EDDO?

I'd say a 20 amp fuse should be fine as long as it holds up to the initial kick on amp spike of the fridge. It should definitely blow in case of a short before the wire catches fire.

Correct, but remember DC has a huge voltage drop on lenght of run. So over size the wire fuse to max rating on device but keep it under wire size rating. Voltage drop on lenght of run for 12v dc/ amps needed can be found online.

I dont believe (although I am a much less trained electrician than you) that his 8-10 ft of wire will be significant in voltage drop. Especially since he used 12 GA for a 5.5 amp circuit. I mean, some fuel pump wires are 14 GA and I'm sure a fuel pump pulls more current than 5.5 amps.

At least pretty sure. Watch, Jason's gonna make me eat my words, then take a victory shot.
