Yes it is. I swapped mine out after selling the supercharger. It rakes a really weird sequence to make it pair up with the truck, but @DOUBLLD helped do mine. I can dig up the notes on doing it if you need it. I have it in PMs somewhere.

@JWROSE4 you auto or manual? Best thing to do is pull your ecu and look at the part number. Then go to ebay and do a search. You wont need the mongoose or techstream to reprogram, just the short of the odbii port. It takes 30 minutes minimum. So youll need a battery tender to keep it charged.
