Yes, they are. Wet Okoles do not look like generic seat covers. Most don't even look like covers. They are well worth the money spent.

Just got a set of charcoal black Fia Oe covers. Had them on my last tacoma as well. Tight factory looking fit, comfortable in hot or cold and hardly any sign of wear of my last set after 8 years of use.

While the Carhartts are not the prettiest, they're tough and it's good protection from dogs like me.

    I tear up everything.

After 18 years, I wish that I had put some kind of covers on my 2000 Tacoma... poor seats.

The Wet Okoles are awesome! I've had them on my 2002 Jeep Wrangler, my 2005 F150 Crewcab Lariat, and my 2001 F350 Crewcab. You can customize colors, prints, etc. I'm going to put them in my 2017 Doublecab TRD Offroad as soon as possible. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They are worth every cent!

I put this on the rear bench because I have kids. Works great and allows for use of seatbelts and carseat latches:

I put these simple things on the front seats. They're not fancy but they work very well and look alright IMO. If your main goal is to protect your investment (the truck), these are just fine.

Why so hard to believe? The OP said inexpensive. He's not buying Clazzios.

Yes if you want it to look OEM. If you're like me and don't care, then no.

After much thought I have decided to go with budget car seat covers. I will get these for the fronts:

    https://www.costco.com/Wetsuit-Seat...r-Repellent-Technology.product.100403694.html

But I am having trouble finding anything for the back. I need covers that preserve the full folding abilities of the seats, since the rear is usually partly folded down. The only generic stuff I can find at Pep Boys is just a full bench cover for the rears.

Any suggestions? Looking for a budget option, ideally with some amount of waterproofing.

Can you post a pic of those Costco seat covers once you've installed them? Would like to see how they look. Yeah the bench cover I recommended would not allow you to take advantage of the split folding seats.

Seat covers look great, I am close to buying the same combination from Bartact. I’m trying to decide between black with gray inserts or gray with black inserts.

How are they holding up to the dog abuse? Does the MOLLE system hold up a decent amount of weight?

Those look really good! I'd been trying to imagine how the black with gray would look. I've got an inferno truck with the orange interior (orange stitching and orange piece on the dash). Can't decide if I want orange inserts on the Bartacts or just gray or maybe even black inserts. I'm afraid the orange inserts would just be too much orange in the cab, plus it probably wouldn't match the orange dash. The orange stitching on the factory seats look awesome but I don't think its worth the extra price to get the Bartacts with it. Right now I'm leaning towards the black with gray inserts after seeing your pictures.
