I have 2017 TRD OR sport. When I put it into 4Low I get an alarm that constantly sounds until I take it out of 4low. Is there any way to shut off that alarm its annoying as hell.

Are you in neutral when putting it into 4low?

I believe that alarm means that 4Lo is not properly engaged.

Engage it only in park or neutral with low idle.

For quick reference check the insert on the drivers sunvisor.

The chime means that it's trying to go into 4Lo but has not engaged. You need to be stopped, and sometimes you have to roll the truck back and forth a few inches for it to lock.

On a 2018, it has to be N, not park. I was having the same issue. Reading the manual helps.

Neutral and if on a manual transmission slowly put in the clutch and release slowly for it to lock.
