I thought the 5100s were stiffer then the 5125s? I never really noticed a difference. I’m coming from 5100s on a 3rd gen runner to 5125s on my truck though.

    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
they have the exact same valving.

the 5100s are known to get a little stiff in their old age, im sure 5125s are no different. Then they bust a seal and get soft again haha

I think I was pushing 1,500 when I did this load of concrete. I was hitting the bump stops.

Unfortunately for me the concrete transfer station didn’t have a scale.

Can’t believe how drastically lower the 5-lug is, especially since the PreRunner is on the stock suspension.

Also talk about a facelift. My PreRunner used to look about the same as the 5-lug since they’re the same model year.

It’s weird seeing Vermont plates on that truck.

Didn't you get Icons fronts for your truck? Are you waiting to get a rear lift before install?

Minus the popping I can't seem to get rid of, the Dakars + AAL hold weight well for me. My RTT, rack and 400lbs of sandbags barely made them flinch.

Without the AAL though they couldn't hold much more than the RTT setup.

Awesome! Did he change anything to it? Still in good shape?

I have a full lift for it, albeit not installed yet. Up front I have SPC Upper Control Arms, and ICON 2.5’s. In the rear I have AllPro Standard Leafsprings and ICON struts.

I’m just waiting to get the time to go to the suspension shop in Sacramento to get the fronts rebuilt and then I’ll install everything.
