Wife and I leave for a two week vacation on Monday to Del Ray Beach, FL, then to Pensacola for a night, and ending up in New Orleans the second week. Anyone have any hot spot breweries we should check out? We are road tripping from Del Ray to New Orleans, so feel free to go with either city or along the way... thanks in advance!

I have some time off next week and don't know how to spend it. So I figured I would buy some beer!

Next question, what beer should I get from there?

They only have certain beers on a given day, so your choices will be somewhat limited. When I was there last year, I was limited to a total of 20 cans of three different IPAs, so I bought the max. Currently, it looks like the limits are higher. As far as specifics, it will depend on your style preferences and how much you want to spend. Personally, I'd buy at least some of each beer that I haven't had, and for any beers that I have had, I'd know whether I wanted to buy those again.

They list what they have available each day, along with limits on their website: http://treehousebrew.com/on-tap/
They also update twitter throughout the day as they sell out of things: https://twitter.com/TreeHouseBrewCo

Thanks for the reply! I've checked out the website and such, just wondering if there were any "you HAVE to try this" brews, if available the day of.

May want to make a stop at the "Brick & Feather" too. It is on my list of breweries to go to.
From what I understand, the brewer there used to brew at Russian River.

Depending on which way you head north from Delray will make a difference. Lots of good breweries around Fla. tho. On the east coast from Delray up to say Vero Bch are some good ones. Saltwater brewery is in Delray Bch, Civil Society brewery is in Abacoa which is in Jupiter. Walking Tree brewery in Vero Bch. Just had there Hempels Hefeweizen last nite from a local brew house (great beer). Hop Life Brewing in St lucie West. This is one of the closest to me and I will be going there soon. I have had several of there beers now in cans and on tap and so far have loved every single one.

West coast of Fla has some great breweries as well, especially around Tampa, St. Pete area. I went to 3 Daughters brewery by chance couple months ago when I picked up a topper for my Tacoma. Great beers and great place to hang out and enjoy them. Cigar City brewery is another good one. Although I have not been, I have loved every beer that I have ever had of theirs. Actually going to try a new flavor from Cigar City in a min as well as a Hefeweizen from 26 degree brewing in Pompano Bch which is near Delray as well. These are just a few
