DIY Bed Rack for RTT/Awnings

2017 Long Bed Tacoma SR5 Double Cab

I ordered the tall bed bars from http://tacomapocalypse.com/product/new-2005-toyota-tacoma-tall-bed-bars/
And I'm looking for prefab crossmembers with mounting holes/slots for rotopax and an axe. I want to weld these crossmembers to the two bars making one full rack on each side and possibly on top as well for support. I came across a material called Marsden mat but it's very hard to come by because it was used in ww2 as a landing platform for airplanes so people collect the hell out of it. Any suggestions or links would be much appreciated
