    I size up tire
i bought my first Toyota Tacoma. My Toyota too. Came from the Jeep world. Anyway mine is a18 4dr 4x4 sr5 V6 It came with street 245/75/16 Tires. I put on some 265/75/16 Pathfinder Allterain tires. Do I need to calibrate the speedometer for that small change. Can it be done with a high end aftermarket scan tool ie snap on, Matco or Alltell or do I need to buy a programmer ? Thanks

A few OE parts from fancy trucks
No reprogramming available on OE gear.

You can add a Hypertech unit to correct your displays though.

It won't even be noticable. Don't waste your time.

    It's not like doing 35s
Some say the speedo is off already from factory and going to a 32" tire corrects it.

I'm running 33s and it was off by 7km at 100km on the highway. Speedo said 100, GPS on phone said 107.
