    Meh, so much of this is just what the individual desires to do. Hell, some of these guys only keep their trucks for a couple of years then get a different one. Folks like to be negative about the different types of builds on here far too much IMHO. What each of us decides to do with our trucks is entirely up to us and satisfying our personal desires. Some don't like what or how I've done things and it should have been this way or that. Oh well IDGAF it suits my needs. To me if ya want to paint it pink with zebra stripes then good for you if it makes ya happy. Although, ya may not be on this thread anymore, but, hey, you could start a new one!

    Oh trust me I've never been one to have thin skin about it. I just like making fun of myself because at this point I've heard it a hundred thousand times. Both my tacomas were 2WD with the intentions of having LT on both. Had painted glass fenders and one-off prerunner front bumper on my first one before it went to truck heaven. This one I'll probably wait until after LT to do glass and bumper again. But the 4WD question was always a question I heard every time.

    When I had my bagged Chrysler 300, no one cared because it wasn't the SRT. When I had my bagged & turbo'd VR6 VW GTI, no one cared because it wasn't an R32. When I had my bagged 350Z, every one asked why I didn't buy a 370Z. Lol. When I had my civic, well, no one liked my civic :sadviolin:

    Yes it was a write off. I have almost slowed it down to just doing what and when I want to. In my mid 60's now so naps and a glass of spirits takes front seat. :D When the wrap comes off, I have a friend that does fantastic paint and body. Not cheap but great work, is gonna re-paint it with pearl white. I think. For now anyway.
