anyone else get so frustrated with Entune Nav that they do this? Considering the Hondo mount...

How happy have you Hondo mount owners been?

I use my phone for navigation all the time. Get the Hondo mount, you won't regret it. Try using the discount code: 5rolledtacos

Thanks for the hookup. Would have used that on the knobs if I knew.

It'll last as long as my Taco.

If MESO makes, I have it or am trying to get it!
Hondo Mounts are the greatest thing for my Taco. I have two of the vent mounts and several RAM attachments for various things.

Here's me messing with a buddy while I was stuck in Vancouver, BC traffic last summer.
He calls me Map Man as I like GPS stuff so I had to :)
Potato pic due to wifey's old iPhone.

Another with a Tablet Mount to hold my 12" Surface Pro to watch crap while my kid was playing airsoft:

Last one showing what is normally on the left/center vent when I am just out driving. 7" Android tablet with a wifi connection to my mobile radio scanner (Uniden bcd536hp) so it acts as a remote control head.

I've been pretty happy with the entune nav. Its about the only thing in entune I like. I want to get a mount for Android Auto use though! Everytime entune does an update Im crossing my fingers hoping theyll finally push the Carplay and Android Auto apps out to us. Wishful thinking maybe.

Hondo mount is the best, I ordered just the vent piece and got the rest on Amazon.

When I really need to navigate in a place I'm unfamiliar with, I prefer my Garmin Nuvi GPS. Garmin blows away navigating with iPhone, Android, or Entune. I could see using the hondo mount for that. But I still use the Entune navigation for less tricky navigation.

I actually think Etune is okay. My previous car was a 2010 Mercedes C300, the navigation system on that thing was just garbage. I got lost using it several times, that has not happened with Etune yet. Nowadays, I prefer using my phone bc the Waze app can help me spot the cops.

My biggest issue with Entune is it saved girlfriend #1's house as "home" and girlfriend #2 saw it.

Ouch... how did that go over?? So back to just girlfriend now??

My problem with Nav in Entune is when I get out in the sticks ... seems to get me lost every fucking time. I resort to wife getting out the android and using google maps with her telling me where to go. :argue:

Got the same setup. Only thing that sucks about it is that the air always blows on my hand while driving or my right leg =/. Sucks when the AC is blowing cold or Hot..
