Could be a mix of both...the symbol did have a lone star in the middle of it.

All jokes aside...I believe Toyota even has their "Texas Edition" with unique badging and rims if I recall from when I was in Dallas.

The Bajas? Would make sense on the little star, but seriously if you arnt aware there is indeed a "Texas edition" out there. Half the DFW dudes had them.

The Baja's and Pro's were all assembled in the San Antonio plant.

So here’s my takeaway from this:

The blue truck has an older non fog light arb on the front. Look at the lines on the bumper on the wheel well. Now look at my white Tacoma with the ARB fog light newer front bumper. Clearly, my bumper has more of an angle to it than the older ARB. I believe this may be causing their running issues.

This may be why ARB has you cut the factory bumper, too. The additional gap may resolve the rubbing. Just my two cents.

I really love the wheels with the inferno! Got me wondering now. What size tires are those?

Same thing here. 2014 Baja TX with 40k miles, 650 lb Red springs. Contacted local Toyota dealer who said Toyota Corporate was not going to do anything since I'm out of warranty and am the second owner. Truck had 16k on it when I bought it and it was immaculately clean. I've never even been offroad with it. What kind of quality is that Eibach, Toyota. Look at my other spring. It has the same crack in the same area. Obvious manufacturing defect. Why won't you own up to an obvious safety issue Toyota. Are you waiting for someone to get killed first ? That usually is what it takes before any action is taken. Anyone else have these defective springs on their trucks ? If you have the baja TX package you better take a good look at it. Please share with all Toyota Owners.

You might want to start a new thread to attract more attention so others can check their springs.

72K+ miles on mine before I replaced them with Kings.
Then again I live in SoCal and my truck isn't rusted anywhere close to what your showing in the pics.

Not saying there isn't an issue but both photos shown recently of cracked springs are really rusted.
