If you already haven’t installed the winch some good news you don’t have to remove the bumper. I installed mine this weekend didn’t have to remove it I took the grill off an the brace that runs in front of it off an bent the center support 90 degrees an it slid right in from the passenger side. Made the support straight an bolted brace back down.

yep, I did the exact same thing. still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with the lower part though

 

I thought about it at first but to be honest I forgot it was there after a day. Not worth the trouble of sending it back personally and I don't think it looks as big in person. Harsh lighting in that photo. Winch takes some attention away from it now too.

 

Not sure, I can measure in the morning. Its plenty big though.

If you seen how they pull body panels for collusion work.... it's pretty typical to do this method of pulling....

Provided there's a large enough hole for the AC line, are there any other "have to do" mods for real off road use/abuse?
I can get access to a welder and steel and cutting instruments easy like. Just wondered how much beefing needs added to the winch mount location and if the frame tie in brackets should be used. Or any other extra gussets

Top access. I asked the seller about it.

By looking at those pictures I didn't see ant access from the top.

Agreed. Contacted the seller and was told there is access through the top of the bumper. Recommended they add a picture of this.

You must have very small hands and arms. Good luck with that, that’s not what top access means.
