    So the bit would need to be about the same diameter as the threads then I would think. Maybe slightly laarger. Could either chew through the threads or the nut or likely a bit of both?

    Damn, way to kick him while he's down, lol.

    I was thinking the same thing though. I think I'd start drowning the other 3 in penetrating oil right now. Then take a torch to them and a few good whacks with a hammer before trying to twist 'em off.

    Only other option I know of OP is remove the axle shaft, cut the heads of the sounds then hammer out the other way. @INSAYN idea is really good but that’s the only other option that would work if his doesn’t

    WD-40 isn't the best for penetrating. I would highly suggest CRC Knocker Loose, or Sea Foam Deep Creep.

    A few OE parts from fancy trucks
    waste of time. Even ATF or motor oil is a better hope that WD40, assuming a real penetrant isn't readily available.

    It's better than WD-40, but not near as good as the two I listed above.

    The problem with penetrating oil is that the nuts have a cap so Id never get it to the threads.

    Exactly. It may not work its way to all the threads, but if nothing else, it'll work its way in between the lug and the rim.

    Penatrating oil is better suited for rusted or corroded thread engagement. If the parts are over torqued or cross threaded, then penetrating oil may have minimal effect.

    Actually, now that I think about it, the cap is broken off so I can get straight to the threads. But I dont think penetraiting oil to the threads is going to make it easier to make them disappear.

    Anti seize and a torque wrench for proper install will allow for a proper removal.
    No lube and a air gun = what you have.
