Yep. It's really annoying to constantly think about how many miles you're using. I went as far as making a monthly mileage goals spreadsheet because I want to walk away from this lease (my second and last) as free as possible . It's miserable .

I live on small island and barely keep it under 10k/year, that's only driving to/from work (30mi round trip) and trips to the beach and shit on the weekends. 10k miles is doable, but it sounds like you're planning on traveling a lot on the weekends. If you ride a bike or something to/from work (or live close AF to it) then I could see it being achievable. The price ain't bad, and leasing these trucks seems to be the way to go from what others have said in other threads.

OP, sounds like a decent deal. Don't worry too much about the mileage, you can usually trade the truck prior to your lease end date to avoid mileage penalties if you end up exceeding your contract. Enjoy your new truck!

Haha, no doubt. I signed up for a 9,000 mile/year lease (Weird Canadian conversion) just because that's the lowest they had. If they had something lower I would have signed for that instead. I know that the Tacoma will be worth more than residual in 3 years and I would never give it back to the dealer (either will sell it or trade in) so I didn't care what the mileage allowance was. Wanted lowest payment possible.
