Is it just the broken drill bit one holding everything on? Or do you have “one threaders” on the other 4? (And 1 stud completely nutless)

The one with the broken bit in it still had a stud so I was able to get it with the hole saw. Its just a couple where the hole got offset a bit and I wasnt able to eat out the whole side of the nut. But there is very very little still intact. I think 5-10' worth of starting/stopping/twisting/turning and it will stress them out and then I can work it off.

This is where I would get a dremel with one of those flexible whip extensions to grind away your off center drill outs. If driving and bashing and driving doesn’t work em loose, buy one of those next. Dremel brand, don’t cheap out. Will come in handy for thousands of other things in the future

Oh and buy carbide rotary burrs for steel/alum. Buy diamond for hardened steel/drill bits and taps.
The stone ones are also handy for some things

Have you tried smashing the back side of the tire with a big sledge? Works when the wheel is stuck to the hub.

    +1

Take your time and see if you can cut your way from center to edge on the thicker side, and then at least part way on the thinner side, that way when you give'er a whack the nut will open on the thicker side, and stretch/split on the thinner side.

    On a side note:

I gotta stop watching this channel and get my ass outside and go paint my ARB Awning brackets I made for my trailer while we have some warm (no wind) hours left.

    Give'r hell, bro!

I'll check back later on your progress.

That account is for "Tools on TW". There's been some speculation that it's a perma-banned member getting his revenge and trolling via insta, but AFAIK, no one has confessed to the true identity and there's no actual TW account for him. When you #tacomaworld, your insta posts come up on the TW feed without having to post on TW directly. How's that for the perfect troll loophole?
