    Dude. We’re twins.
The 25th is my one year anniversary of my car crash. Both lungs collapsed with chest tubes, 11 ribs, collarbone, scapula, teeth, eye socket bone, and god knows what else.
    I feel ur pain

I also feel your desire to dive. I’ve been certified for a decade and am no longer allowed to dive without asking a physician. Mine unfortunately doesn’t agree that I should. So looks like I’m retired from diving.

Man...I thought mine was bad...both lungs! How is your recovery been? My chest tube hole still hurts. I don't remember the insertion but I've heard it's brutal. Were you intubated with a resperator? I was hooked up for 4 days...that sucked.

I broke my cheekbone off the rest of my skull (zygomaxillary complex), upper jaw and orbital bone a few years ago. I ended up with 5 plates and 15 screws in my face. I had some nerve damage so it never actually hurt.

Between that one and this one was 22 fractures. I've had a total of 30. I think 30 is a nice round number to stop at.

Not diving is going to suck. I just bought a new to me used DUI drysuit last fall. I got one dive out of it....lame.

Recovery was slow. I’d like to think I’m okay now. Neck still hurts sometime if I sleep weird. Oh add fractured C2 vertebrate to the list. And yea, I was incubated for 4 or 5 days. Was in the hospital ICU for 8 days. They had me in a coma for the first two letting my body focus on reinflating lungs.

Yea both lung tube sites are still sensitive. I notice I’m out of breath quicker, but not sure if that’s recovery related, or my lethargy symptoms from my unrelated Kidney Disease. Sucks. Can’t work out like I use to.

Shit man...this whole experience gave me an appreciation for people with long term illness or super serious life changing injuries.

I was training to climb 9 14,000 foot peaks in CA this summer so I was in really good shape. Now I can walk a few miles but getting better all the time.

    Thanks!

High on my list of things to be thankful for are no spinal injuries.

    enough to go over stuff
Its a 2009 the last year of the 470. It has a 100k on it and I just did the timing belt and full service. I had to overpay and drive to Nevada for it but its mint inside and out. I test drove 5 in norcal before but they were all beat.

I got 5 falken 285/70/17s and 5 steath Sr8s. I ordered TC uppers and extended 2.5 kings for the front and rear plus a coil conversion kit for the rear with icon overland dual rate springs. Also ordered weather techs, better light bulbs for the whole rig. Ill be adding @RelentlessFab sliders and a prinsu rack. Its the wifes daily and she loves it. She also wants to do all the installs.

I’m torn like a fresh vagina after a 10lb baby... I like em both. I can get an extra finger between the tire and shock now, should (hopefully) eliminate shock rub. Guess I gotta go wheeling to find out :)

Like the old better. Can't get used to the Dorkle. But the new is nice, as well. Can you help me cut my front fenders? Yours look nice.
