What OBD Info is available on an '07 Tacoma?

    I'm looking into getting a double din HU and wondering if there is enough OBD info available to justify purchasing a Maestro Datalink...

    I don't have steering wheel controls...it would just be for vehicle data...

    2.7L access cab... I'm thinking either Pioneer or Kenwood HU.

    Anyone have experience with a similar set-up?

    Tons of data available to even basic OBD2 scanners. Not all of it useful for driving.

    Big ones that I always wish to read are ATF Temp, coolant temp, and battery voltage.

    So, you don't get ATF temp, coolant temp or battery voltage on '07s?

    I wonder if something like this bluetooth scanner adapter (or something similar) would work just as well for a lot less than the Maestro...

    I'm thinking I could mirror our android phone to the HU and accomplish the same thing...since I don't have steering wheel controls, the Maestro may be overkill.

    10 bucks for a BT scanner that can work on most cars and trucks is a great tool to have

    I have used mine on many
