I bought some of the Rigid fog lights a few years ago and I’ve noticed some small cracks on the surface of the lens. Is there anyway to repair them? I would send them back to rigid but I no longer have proof of purchase.

Rigid has a lifetime warranty, I’d suggest contacting them and see what they say. Were they purchased online, if so you must have the email receipt.

I decided to just go ahead and refinish the lens myself. Turned out pretty good.

What did you end up doing to refinish it?

Sanding with 120, 800, 1000 and then 2000 grit sandpaper followed by polishing with a rubbing compound.

The lenses are swappable, though you may have to contact Rigid directly for the lens only.
