    Carb looks beautiful! Now the petcock is leaking...
    Definitely one of my favorite projects to date. 200 hp doesn’t matter if I can’t make it go down the street.

    @Misplaced Nebraskan thanks to the instructions you sent me I have my first batch of burnt ends in progress on the smoker! I also picked up two small boneless pork butts and got one all rubbed up and going with the pork belly. Few photos from my adventures today. I'm also attempting to use the bluetooth feature on the smoker so I can monitor the temp while I make some Butterfinger Cheesecakes.

    We all TTC working our butts off this weekend.
    We got part of the driveway poured and the footings for the retaining wall. Now working on the back outdoor kitchen getting dirt moved, drilling dowls and trying to set some forms. Dam rocks killing us.
