Okay, I'd bet they'll go a bit lower. The point is that they're available and no market adjustment.

Nice find, dealers here are infamous for putting bump stickers on everything especially something like the Pro.

I saw a Pro 2 weeks ago in a SoCal dealership with a 10k market adjustment. Went back last week and it was gone. Crazy!!

Around my area they'll deal on the Manual Pro's more than they will the auto Pro's.

I couldn't get dealers to budge when I found a manual. My understanding is that they're primarily made to order, and not allocated in the same manner the automatics are. When I have seen a manual on the lot, it was because someone cancelled their order, and they were MSRP or higher.

My MT was ordered by the dealership for the showroom.

    It never made it there.

Lowest I’ve encountered was $500 below MSRP. Hard to negotiate when there are a bunch of people on a wait list willing to buy at or above MSRP.

I purchased my 2018 about a month ago at Matick Toyota in Michigan. To compete with the big three that absolutely dominate the area, they have amazing prices and will get you any, to include Pro models, a few hundred above what they pay. I ALMOST ordered a 2018 Pro through them for about $41,500. I just didn't want to wait two months to take delivery.
