Aside from the thread where the lugs sheared off, I haven’t seen much here on wheel spacers.

Is anyone here running a good spacer kit that they would recommend? I’m looking for some small amount of increase to the wheel base. Nothing extreme.

Bora, or Spidertrax. Torque wrench install only with them, no impact gun.

I like your truck stance.... Have you had any issues with the spacers? do the tires rub?

Thanks. No issues, I retorqued them after 150 miles. Yes the tires rubbed. I have Nitto Ridge Grapplers 285/70/17 and spent two Saturdays doing a CMC on each side, hammering the pinch weld, and trimming. Worth it though.

I suspect that without the spacers I may not have rubbed. But once I had them on I could not see the truck with them off.

Also use the supplied loctite and check torque 100 miles after initial install, and then every so often after that (5,000 miles or so)

If you use quality spacers and do a proper install, you won’t have any problems. I’m running them with a big heavy tire and wheel regularly, and have no problems, which seems to be the case with 99% of people running spacers here.

I was contemplating wheel spacers also. Was curious if anyone had before and after shots on their stock TRD OR wheels and tires. Would love new tires and wheels and a lift but don't have the disposable cash at the moment and spacers seem like a cheap way to scratch that itch for now.

Thinking about 1.25"?? Too much or not enough??

4.5” spacers each side. Rides like a dream!

As others said...bora or spidertrax. Torque wrench not impact.

I’ve run spacers on my last three vehicles. No issues at all.

Not really but I do have 1.25 front and 2” rear.

I'm running on 1.5in Spider trax. Makes my truck look less wonky since I have the bushwhackers on. No more rubbing either.

1” bora spacers. Torqued to 100ft/lbs with blue loctite. Rechecked after 50 or so miles and they didn’t budge.

Do you have to recheck torque every so often or one time and good to go?

Spidertrax 1.25" spacers with TRD OR wheels and 265/75R16s. Perfect stance IMO.

Wouldn’t hurt if your rotating wheels or something but I had wheel spacers on my first gen 10 years ago and I don’t remember re Torquing them. Don’t think I even used a torque wrench in the first place.
