What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I just got my rear brake shoes replaced at a hair over 84K miles!

How many miles on your Taco?

 

My 2010 has 126k. I asked my mechanic to replace/service them even if they look decent when he takes them apart.
I was hoping to get 150k+ like some people have but road salt & rust is an issue where I live.
I also just want them done because Iv'e got expensive rotors and brake pads going on while its in the shop as well.
Not trying to prematurely warp the new rotors because the drums aren't 100% functional.
How much did you end up paying to get your rear brakes serviced if you dont mind me asking? I wanna know what to expect...

 

My baby! I don't know about everyone else, but I think I'm finally done with all the visual mods!

 

$188.03, parts, labor, and tax. My body guy is also a mechanic and did the job when my truck in for some bodywork!

So i did half of something this morning. I have to so the pass side still. What do you all think?

Literally pnp. No cutting required. Didn’t even have to bust out the dremel. Pics don’t do the output any justice. Only trimming or cutting I had to do was on the rubber grommet that seals the back of the headlight where the bulb is seated.

124 on a 80 (kmh).. the road is so boring. The officer was very nice and put 1-10 over so no points and not much $$$

Got my spare mounted finally. Made a couple brackets and just used a strap. Just got to get the hi- lift in

 

Did my first oil change at 142k. My 10 year or 150k mile free oil change finally came to an end.
