    Hello everybody - I'm new here and wanted gt input on lowering a 2014 double cab 2wd base tacoma. In the front I was planing on using the DJM Calmax upper/lower arms to lower 3" along with Eibach 2" lowering springs with QA1 shocks. So a total of 5" drop in front. In the rear I would like to use some lowered leaf springs/QA1 shocks . My question is on the front anybody done this type of set-up? Curious to know how well it worked and any issues with clearance etc..?

    Most that I have seen, whom have used the DJM, have used stock height springs that are stiffer. There is also the option of QA1 coil overs, if www.xiiperformance.com still sells them. Those would give you the most range of adjustability, to dial in your setup with the DJM kit.

    The Xii Performance kit is the one I was going to use. Unless I'm wrong I think they are using Eibach Springs with the QA1 shocks. But they do also offer the QA1 coil-overs you mentioned also. I want to get as much drop in the front as possible. So that's why I was going to use the QA1/Eibach lowering Springs kit.

    So you have the x2 kit with the QA1/Eibach springs kit along with the DJM upper/lower Calmax control arms?

    :fingerscrossed: Think can... Now need to join pieces together. Picked up sheet abs and abs glue and acetone . The acetone alone melts abs together pretty solid.
