Thanks I'll have to take some measurements before I run out to do errands today and grab some hose. And yeah I was figuring the bumper was gonna need modifying when I put the glass on. Luckily my buddy recently bought a plasma cutter so I'll be hanging with him today and getting some plate cut for the bumper and some bedside supports

Should be straight forward. Make some tabs to support the bottom of the fender at the wheel opening while you are doing it. The less the glass can move around the better it will hold up.

I have the fab a whole bumper for mine. But I also have a DMZ kit and bypasses sitting on the shelf too. I’m excited to have it finished but it’s a lot of work. You will be making more dune videos next week haha.

Oh ya the DK kit is holding up really well and working great. I need a shock tune but won’t mess with that until I get my front bypasses.

What kind of bumper do you have? Mine wasn’t even close to being that far off.

That's awesome. I am loving my dk kit and dmz rear. And yeah the front could probably use a little bit of tuning but it is good enough to last until I get bypasses down the road.
I built the bumper myself before I was planning on LT and glass in the rear.

Lines up much better when trimmed and bolted up. Just need to trim the bumper to match the new wheel well

I’m a little late but there is a factory Toyota hose that’s from a 4Runner or something that I used with my bedsides. If you haven’t cut the stock one I can find the pn.

The steel one you’ll still have to mess with. It was barely too short with my 6” bedsides. If yours are 4” you’ll probably be okay.

90% done but going to wait to do the rest until the truck gets wrapped and I can button it up one final time. IMG_1891.jpgIMG_1892.jpgIMG_1888.jpg

And thanks @erok81 for that part number, but if it's the hose at the tank I may just cut the filler neck and splice in some hose to extend it. My plan is to be able to pop these off and put the stock ones on for more hardcore rock crawling trips and with the spliced hose I can loosen one clamp and shorten it back up to stock length.

Question for the peoplez. Finally got around to installing my fronts. Honestly not so bad except for those damn headlights lol. But also 2/4 of my headlight mounts are broken so that could’ve caused issues.

My one question is - how did you guys reinstall the little plastic insert that goes under the headlight? I’ve seen some people bolting it on, but not really my style. Dremel out a small opening like the oem hole the insert goes in?

    Thanks @jqueener!

On the front fenders, did anyone have a problem with fitment because of the lower black bar where the two nuts connect? I feel like mine is pushed way too far out, causing the fitment to be shifted outward..

Maybe I’ll see if I can bend it inward more. I have the drivers side headlight pushed so far to the outside that it’s pulling the grill a bit and throwing off lines. Only thin I can think of at this point. Thanks man
