Kicker Hideaway Install Under PS Seat With A/C Vents?

will a Kicker Hideaway fit under the PS seat of my 2012 DC? It has AC vents/ducts under the seat, along the floor, that shoot air into the back. I know about flipping the bar under the seat (on earlier models w/out the vents/ducts) to help it fit but will the AC vents/duct make the floor too high for the Hideaway to fit under there?
I planned on using this set up but don't want to lose ANY room behind the seats.
