I loved my 08 fj in sandstorm. I hated the 6 speed in it though. I wish I had gotten the auto instead. The ride in the fj is far superior to any tacoma. I got very good money for it when I sold it though.

Really? Maybe it was because mine had a lift. But my 18 Tacoma seems way more refined and smooth on the road. But again that Could be from the lift.

I came from an 07 FJ, 6 speed manual, traded her in for the new 18 taco, miss it but don't miss the gas mileage and as much as I love a manual vehicle traffic in my area sucks and the auto is much nicer, if I could have had both I would have kept the fj but it was a good down payment on the Tacoma and the front diff was going anyway. Welcome to TW!

Coil overs and links are going to always ride better than leafs. Stock to stock of course.
