You dealership is at least looking at your issue, others can't get them to look at a issue with a known TSB.

Good luck on the Lemmon law, probably will take 30 days or them dealing with this issue a few more times.

Lemon law is only applicable to serious issues such as safety defects. A squeak will not qualify.
You think trying to fix a dome light 4 times will get you a new truck ? Hardly.

I was looking at looking into lemon laws in case other things pop up. I wasn't familiar with the law until I looked it up today. Thats the worst case scenario of course. I'm not actually taking anybody to court over squeaks.

Don’t worry OP. Half these guys bashing you would be pissed if there truck sounded like it was 30 years old. After watching how bad it can be in one video I know I would be.

When you buy a new vehicle it has a warranty that is included. The dealer has the responsibility to try to correct any related issues/concerns you have. It sounds like your dealer is interested in correcting your issue.
This is coming from someone who works at a dealership(not toyota) and let me tell you this, it is best to play the nice guy and see what the dealer will do for you. If you go in with guns blazing and start screaming lemon law, your issues and concerns just became back burner for the service department.
You can call no more than once per day to ask for an update or any new word, but dont be the guy calling every few hours. If they tell you that the regional rep is coming that will take a day or so because that rep travels to different dealers in a fairly large radius, so give them time.
If your issue has not been resolved within a reasonable time, then you can seek other avenues, the first being another dealer.
Getting a refund, new truck or buyback is not how you want to start handling this situation.
Good luck and stay calm. I know its a lot money, but its not as easy as if you bought a t.v. from WalMart and it dont work, there is a lot more paperwork involved in a vehicle purchase and even with a receipt, you cant just return it.

Not sure what squeak you have, but if it's your leaf springs fluid film will keep them quiet. It's a big plus for us guys that live in the snow belt using fluid film for under coating, also takes care of any squeaking noises also.

The only Aerosmith song I want to hear is Back in the Saddle...the saddle being my truck. I'm not feeling the Camry loaner.

OP, hang in there. At least the dealer is trying to fix it. It took multiple trips just to get my dealer to instal plugs in the a arms for howling. That was also a known issue with a TSB.

I went across a creek, now I got a squeak? Find a empty parking lot. Back up and, carefully, stop with the handy dandy brake. Repeat a few times and let us now the results.
