SLOWWWW night, I accidentally binged all of season 2 of "Letterkenny Problems" waiting for something to fix...

 

State is fireworks legal
Every town in my area EXCEPT MINE can do fireworks.
Typical of my town.

 

Might mow the lawn and or do some shootin.
Maybe both

It's supposed to be nice here today, even though it's only 47 right now.

We're going to go hit "Sweetheart Winery" here some time today, we've not been there before. If I get up early enough, I might try to drag the wifey up to RMNP and hit Fall River Road first. It's a really nice drive and it's only open a few months a year.

Morning all
July 1st,,,, where did the first half of the year go.
I guess it's true that the older you get, time goes faster.

 

Temps here are going to be a tad cooler today, mid 80s with storms later. Warming up again for the 4th.

 

These last 4 years have flown by for me. We've been so busy at work rebuilding, refurbishing, replacing power/water/sewer systems and roads. Brushing operations, AML (abandoned mine lands), host site rebuilds, replacing heavy equipment, getting rid of excess equipment...man it's been crazy. It's hard to remember what we've done sometimes. I've all but worn out one truck and am almost 30,000 miles into my 2nd truck. We still have a lot to go. And now we're knocking on the door of another snowbird season.

Time does fly by, that's for sure...
