These were the two errors i cleared them by changing the imput wires


I cleared these then played with the trigger and home settings and they haven’t come back yet...

Still not starting though

 

My damn work schedule is so screwed up for the 4th I’m not gonna even get back home till Thursday...
I’m glad to be busy and have work... but damn it sucks when you’re trying to make progress. Thankyou everyone whose been chiming in withall your help this bitch will pur soon!

 

Hopefully I can do some more digging and take any more tips from you guys and hit the ground running Thursday i should be out ofwork by 3which leaves lots of hours!!!!!!!

 

Do you have the WB1 device, which the Haltech wideband sensor plugs into? If so, you have to have that WB1 device turned on.

In the Devices box, which is currently red. Then you assign the sensor.

Also, looking at all of the Functions, that you have as green. How many of them are you actually literally using?

Example, if the Haltech isn't controlling the fuel pump, then remove the Fuel Pump function. If it isn't controlling the A/C, remove that Function. Etc...

 

How do you completely remove the function it kept coming back

 

Right click perhaps? It is simple, but I forgot. Might do so by clicking above where it says Add/Remove? Might be in the lower portion. By deselecting that which you have highlighted.

Do you have a wiring pinout that came with your jumper harness?

 

Like this. Only the things listed to the right, are assigned and kept. All other functions which come pre populated, are removed.

 

I was looking at welding supplies the other day, then thought of your build. Do you have a gas lense for your torch?

If not, that will be the final component to having truly pristine puddles.

Yes I do I bought one months ago when you you recommended some welding accessories to me. Definitely way easier to use than the other style. As far as tig goes that was the best money spent accessory wise.

I’m having a terrible time finding a wiring pinout for the jumper harness only the generic ones for the elite 550...
kinda sucks how hard it it to get a hold of the guys at paradise lately. I’ve had no luck all week.

That is the Haltech wiring chart. Simplifies installation when doing the wiring oneself. I thought you had purchased a plug n play jumper harness, that the Haltech was wired into?

The root of my question is, what all sensors is yours wired up for?

Then you can follow that diagram for the wires which need to be assigned for those sensors. Should you still be having wire assignment issues. A pinout sheet just simplifies that further.

 

can you print out the Haltech wiring outputs you should be able to view it in settings.

 

It might help, but without the wiring diagram for the harness its going to be difficult.

 

It should look something like the left side of the attached PDF.

but as you can see without knowing what the harness is wired for it could be multiple issues

he might have the fuel pump/AIT/CTS/TPS could be on a different DPO/AVI

 

I was on the phone with @Hacktacular last night for a few hours and I think we made some progress the big error I’m battling right now is a no home error the trigger errors we were able to minimize. He thinks my timing is way off and that’s causing the no home error so I’m going to pick up a timing light and extend wifi to my garage so he can vpn in while I’m checking timing ect.
