Add engine oil cooler to non-tow package Gen 2 Tacoma

I left my non-tow-package 2009 Tacoma SR5 with my mechanic while on vacation. It was a recent purchase, and he was giving it thorough check out, changing fluids and adding a transmission oil cooler and an engine oil cooler. He put in the Transmission Oil cooler, but when he contacted the dealer in my area for the engine oil cooler, they say they can't get the part. They can see the part on the diagram, but there is no part number coming up for it. I'm not sure what's up with that. When I had called the dealer before I left on vacation, the dealer said the parts are VIN specific. So I wonder if the part doesn't come up because my VIN does not show as coming with a tow package.

Does anyone know how I can get the oil cooler part (the round gizmo that sits between the oil filter and engine) for my non-tow-package 2009 Tacoma SR5 V6? Part numbers or any other leads would be appreciated. IS the area under the oil filter on non-tow package Tacoma's identical to the tow package trucks?

Thanks. That thread was just what I needed. (I must not have been using the right combination of search terms.) I just ordered the kit from Source One Auto Parts.
