    I used a couple of appropriate sized drill bits stuck in the holes in the face of the puller. I used a piece of thick walled 1x1 square tubing wedged between the bits. Breaker bar on the bolt. Worked slick.

    Here's the tool I made. Worked like a charm one I got the correct size bolts, and doubled up on the main bar. It's long enough that it hits the ground, so I can get both hands on the wrench.

    Honestly, simply putting it in 5th gear and have some one hold the brakes on. On and off (full 217 ft. lbs) no problem .....

    The hardet part is sourcing the 5speed tranny for the swap. But once the tranny is in, 5th gear is easy.

    20190120_144312.jpg My first time doing the timing belt on this vehicle and I just winged it. Worked well and was able to torque bolt to spec. Used the thermo housing bolts (that became unscrewed from the block), some 1/8" brackets (actually one table saw wrench), spacers/washers, and chain. Made sure everything was secured/bolted tightly against the crank. No welding necessary, hopefully this will be useful for others.
