Need some help here. My e-locker diff was leaking and instead of me having to drive all the way back to ECGS in Raleigh, NC from South Florida, they shipped me the stuff to redo the gasket. Got everything taken apart, pulled the third, cleaned it up, and replaced the RTV gasket with new RTV. Put everything back together and now I have a rotational squeak from the diff and it feels like my locker is engaged full time. The rear wheels are chirping when I turn as well. I tried to engage the locker in 4Lo and it wouldn’t engage or disengage.

Any insight as to what I may have done to cause this?

I pulled the e-locker plunger out when I shouldn’t have. Had to cut the tip off of the plunger to get the locker to disengage.

The plunger has to be installed before the carrier is installed so I have to get a new plunger and take the truck to ECGS to have them pull the carrier and reinstall the plunger and carrier.
