I have a 2017 TRD Sport double cab short bed 4x4. Currently I've got Bilstein 5100s front and back. I have the front driver side set to 1.55" lift plus a 1/4" spacer for the lean. Passenger side front I just have the 1.55" lift, both sides are on stock coils and feel fantastic. CV angles look good enough not to worry about at all.

Now for the rear. I've got the standard length rear 5100s, which seem to me are around stock length at full extension, unless someone can otherwise say not. I'm running a tapered 1" block which puts me at about a half inch or so back to front rake, depending on if I'm parking on an incline, decline, or Level.

I don't have any extra weight, other than a RetraxPro Bed cover, which is at most 40/50 pounds but that seems like it shouldn't factor into "added weight" at all.

My question is which rear suspension should I go with? I like the leveled look but wouldn't be opposed to going back to stock rake by taking out the blocks at putting an AAL or new leaf pack to lift my rear 1.5"-2.25". I really do not like the look of putting things in my bed and the back sagging. Could I fix this issue by just beefing up the suspension with sumo springs, or will those not work with my blocks? I'd like to keep my front set up the same for now. The other thing, is that I plan on doing a 3" lift in the front in the next year or so, so it almost makes sense to go with a quality, taller rear lift now and have 2ng gen type rake.

Any thoughts would be really appreciated.
    Aloha

How's the ride with those blocks in the rear?

Honestly can't tell the difference between stock and with them.
