Snorkel. what do I need?

I’ve got the money and the means to buy a safari snorkel but they don’t make one specific for the 2.7. For those who have done it or know, what kind of tubing or extras do I need to make it work?

You should be able to get away with using what comes with. If anything you might have to do a bit of plastic shaving or fitting if there are tabs on the piping that don't want to mate up.

The 4 cylinder has a different intake style, but the location of the hole that passes from the engine bay into the fender is in the same exact spot.

You will also find that the 4 banger already has a "mini snorkel" inside the fender that's mostly a resonator.

 

I had the same issue however I don't like the whale penis safari. So I choose for the airflow snorkel instead. No one lists a 2.7 specific one I just made it work with what was provided
