Not here, wind did pick up though.
A/C guy will be here a.m. to replace the valve.
I’m so done with this unit though. I’m going to replace it this fall.

Hopefully that’ll take care of it. :fingerscrossed:

Try to stay comfortable tonight. I know it probably won’t be easy. It’s almost 8 o’clock here and still 92 degrees.

    Evening Everyone !!!! :hattip:

Just now getting back from the car show and it was very hot here !!! . it got up to 105° and that was at 1700hrs , right now it's a cool 95° and looks like it'll not cool down much tonite !!!

Even the Camaro felt this hot weather as it was running at 210° but was nice to finally take it to the car show as its been down almost a month . black interior with a built motor making a lot of heat , felt like I was in a sauna

So while I'm thinking about it, Discount Tire Direct is the absolute best!

This was my first purchase through Discount Tire Direct, and I realized I accidentally used the wrong credit card for my purchase. I got a new Discount Tire Direct card that I wanted to use for the rebate.

I talked to "Tyler" there today, and not only was he able to fix that, he said that there had been an issue with the rebate website and offered to fill out the rebate forms for me. What a guy!

I need to put tires on the Jeep. I have a 2nd set of rims I want to build up with some Coopers but I'd have to get another 4 tpms sensors and really don't want to get into that plus get into storing a set of tires and wheels.

I'm going to end up with 2 sets of tires/rims as well; I was going to pull the TPMS sensors from my present set and put them in my new ones, and then sell the old set here.

Have you thought about just selling the one set you're not using?

I kinda like them more for my wife. Not sure if it's the schrader valve, the valve stem or the tire, but the right rear will lose 6 lbs in about 3 weeks. I'd really hate for a tire to get hot and blow out on the freeway at speed with her driving because she didn't know the tire was low. So they serve a purpose.

This is part of the reason I use window units (2). If one fails the other puts in a little mandatory over time and if it totally shits I'm not out a ton of cash to get a new one.
