Datalogging for 7th injector tuning

I'm getting ready to get the URD 7th injector kit for my '98 and am doing some preliminary research. Curious what the best logging software is that people are using.

I've tuned my Subaru WRX and am used to using the Cobb software with a data feed from my AEM UEGO AFR sensor and the OBD2 line both plugged into my laptop via two USB lines. I can then select which parameters/sensors I want to log via the Cobb software and log away. Then review the log files and make any necessary adjustments.

I'm wondering what people are using that will achieve that same functionality. I have seen the OBD2 bluetooth readers like the Kiwi, Carista, etc but am looking for software suggestions with the logging capabilities I mentioned. I also have seen the Innovate OT-2 hardware but my research seems to indicate that it is discontinued and no longer supported. I haven't picked up my AFR gauge yet so am open to using Innovate or AEM etc , as long as I'm able to achieve the same results.
