Where are these people crawling out from the cracks now when it's time for the cool kids to go wheeling?

I'm a 40/60 maybe (go/no go) ....and it would be close to lunch time IF I go. Don't plan around me being there. I don't want to mess up anyone else's plans.

So most everything was able to be acquired in time for the oil change this weekend.

Question on transfer case oil. What did you guys use? Same as Front and rear diff?

Yes. At least in a 2nd gen. I used Supertech synthetic 75w-90 in the rear and front diffs, and the t-case. Put Redline MT-90 in the transmission.

I've put gear oil in both diffs and t-case twice now (every 30k miles) without any explosions or excessive shavings on the mag plugs.

yeah, I dont see much difference. I ordered a case of 75W-85 from redline. Unless there is objection, it's going in both front, rear and transfer case.

Looking at the part numbers for toyota fluids.
Front and rear diff Toyota Genuine Differential gear oil LT 75W-85 GL-5 or equivalent - Toyota part # 08885-02506
Transfer Case SAE 75W Toyota Genuine Transfer gear oil LF or equivalent - Toyota part # 08885-81080

Looking aroung TW, looks like most people use same oil for all 3.
