im not saying my truck will beat yours. Im saying my 72 comet gt with a 410 from a sprint car that runs a 10.34 on the quarter. And either way i wasnt talking about what it could beat i was saying the look is not my style.

I dont believe i said anything along the lines of "your truck is slow" to warrant the above post. I simply stated that the look was not my style. He is the one that wanted to start the speed/power battle.

I'd be willing to bet that you have a warped rotor or your wheels are way out of balance.

For the record, I once had a crap shop install a set of new tires on my truck... mounted and balanced. I got on the highway and I thought that I had a flat tire. I couldn't believe how out of balance my tires were. Just because the shop said that they balanced the wheels, doesn't mean they knew what they were doing or had the right equipment.

alignment could be the issue, seeing how you said it doesnt do it with stock tires it could be the balancing of the wheels too, also could have been how you torqued them on.

    Wheel Balance and Alignment.

Are the spacers hubcentric to the hub AND the wheels hubcentric to the spacers?

    very critical

Hub-centric means that the wheel is located on the spindle by the hub not the lugs. There is a snug fit between the center hole on the wheel and the hub. Lug-Centric means that the lugs are used to center the wheel on the hub.
