I bought a set like that a while ago. They where that same dark blue and they sucked ass. You get what you pay for. I would recomnd hellas. Thats what im running know and theye are very bright. Mine are 90/130w i think.

They are regular bulbs, with tint, made with low quality material, will fail, and gives crappy output.

Do DDM.
