Yes. I installed it about 1000 miles ago. Not real happy with it over the Icon system on last truck. Harsh ride. Only set to 1" preload lift. Springs need to be extremely preloaded to get 2" of lift resulting in a race car firm ride. Would not recommend. Headstrong was not very knowledgeable on the levels of valving and basically told me they are all the same. Not so. I thought I would try the Fox on this build and now regret it. I am considering switching out to the Icons in the near future.

The lift is mostly irrelevant to fitting 285s. You'll need spacers with the stock wheels to keep them off the upper control arms and you will rub on the cab mount during articulation - maybe under full steer as well if your caster is set as such.

This is interesting. It conflicts heavily with what I would have expected but of course your experience holds significantly more weight. What all have you done to your 3rd gen and what all did you do to your 2nd gen?

How much weight do you have on the truck? Did you not go with Extended Coilovers?

What kind of 285/75/16s are you looking at? I run Cooper St Maxx and had to cut a bit to get them to fit with stock rims. I think the Falken Wildpeak AT3/W runs smaller so you might not have as many issues with them.

    Here's my setup / scenario
    1. Fox 2.5 Extended Coil Overs
    2. Fox 2.0 Rear Shocks with Resevoir
    3. 3 Leaf progressive AAL
    4. SPC LR UCAs
    5. 285/76/16 Cooper St Maxx (32.91")
    6. Spidertrax 1.25 wheel spacers
    7. CMC
    8. Hammered Pinch Weld
    9. Head Gun inner fender and trimming
    10. ....Still need to do more trimming because I rub the inner fender occasionally

I was looking at the AT3Ws because of price. I was either stuck between the 265s or 285s. And I’ve heard the Fox Stage 2 was a really soft ride. I was also weighing the option of the 6112s 5180 combo but I can’t find it in stock anywhere.

Wait for the 6112s, Bilstein just shipped a crap load of parts to the US... these have been on a national backorder since nov '17, and now they will be in stock at a lot of places in a few weeks or less. Mine just shipped out today and I ordered feb 5th.

Stock trucks except the lift and wheels/tires. Went with 265/75 on both. No extra weight. I heard the Fox was a soft ride too, that's why I wanted to try them. Not in my opinion compared to the Icons. YMMV.

I found some in stock on rouge off-road but wasn’t sure if it was legit or not.

And can you fit 285s on the 6112s? Wheel spacers and stock wheels.

Not going to answer that bud. Too many technical aspects involved on weather u can fit it or not. I recommend reading up and researching on here.
