The backrest section of my passenger bucket seat vibrates enough at certain speeds to slightly rub against the side of the center console storage bin, and it's quite annoying. It's the ONLY thing in the cabin that's doing this. The truck rides smoothly and I can't feel anything in the steering wheel while this is going on, so I'm wondering if it wasn't tightened up properly when my Katzkin seat covers were installed. Are there bolts for the upper part of the bucket and, if so, does anyone know how to access them?

I just took mine for a 1500 mile trip, and I noticed the same issue with the passenger seat back. I haven't had any seat covers installed, and I also do not feel anything in the steering wheel. only 4200 miles on SR5.

But shaped indention in drivers seat
Try removing the passenger seat. With the seat gone the truck will go faster due to the reduced weight

There are bolts on the side where the seat hinges, however I doubt they are loose. Usually when installing leather, there isn’t a need to completely disassemble the seat. Usually the seat back you just slide the new cover over top of the seat back working from the top to the bottom adding any hog rings are you go. Much easier then dealing with the coil spring and taking things apart that takes more time and risks damage. There have been a few complaints of the passenger seats moving in these trucks so it’s not uncommon. If anything I would loosen the 4 floor bolts and re-tighten. Sometimes the seat frame and be out of square when reinstalling and torquing and perhaps this is inducing vibration. This may also make the seat a little harder to adjust when trying to move it forward or backward.
