No cutting. Lower light bar behind the plastics so. No cutting required, unless he wants. But he parks outside and is worried about theft so it's a little more secure keeping it behind the plastics. If I get the choice I'll cut the plastics out.

    I got him these mounts.

Let me say I'm not impressed with RAGO Fab. The brackets for the lightbar required the bumper to be removed, and they didn't need to be if they'd of cut a simple little notch in it. On top of that it didn't fit 100% correctly and we ended up having to take it off and mod it anyways. So lesson learned. But it looks nice and his TRD Pro grill is siiiick.

Yeah it's super close but again, a simple notch would of made it way easier to install and adjust.

Ok so been a while since I updated this thread. Mainly cause it's only my wife's trucks build thread now. And well she doesn't give me money for anything. So it's on me to buy stuff. Which means this is really now only a maintenance project when she breaks something currently. There are future plans for this truck down the line to make it badass and a trailer rig for the most part. But that's some time away. So with that all being said. Wife fucked her u joint on the drive shaft up a week ago so I pulled it all and looked at the damage. Not bad for the most part. Some heat shield was torn up but that's about it. So while the truck is down in the garage and she is rocking the 4runner I started looking at other things. Mainly the front end. Well she needs a alignment again as I can see rubbing in a few places and the wheels are a bit tilted. So I figure now is a good time to do a few things before I take it in anyway.
New dirt king lower control arms.
    Inner and outer tie rods.
    Extended steel braided brakelines
    Rotate tires

I'm currently sitting and waiting for the pb blaster to soak while I sit inside with A/C and the sun to go down. My garage is at about 112. Here is a pic of the u joint.
