IF you are able to disassemble the weapon, use electrolysis to remove the oxidation from every part of the metal. You can build your own setup at home, similar to what this guy has done.

I have a little hand grinder that attaches to the counter. I usually do 2/3 roast and 1/3 rib for my grinds. When sales roll around, I grab 2/3 sirloin and 1/3 rib. All beef, I’ve actually only ever had venison jerky :pout:

Leave the rust stains, knock down the big stuff. Every bit of patina on that rifle is earned.

Sweet, thanks. Looking forward to it. I tried to go 20" Rigid bar behind my Homer grille but its just not working (plus its heavy as shit and broke my custom mount I had fab'ed up), so I'm going back to ditch lights but lower profile with the S2 Pros. I like the lower profile look as well and will serve my purposes just fine.

I am scheduled to tour the MD600 production line at the factory in Mesa, AZ on November 15th. There is an approved maintenance depot in Alice Springs, about a 2 hour flight from camp. I start physical therapy for my knee on Wednesday. Things are looking up !
