    Good morning. Off to town and Home Depot before the riffraf hits the streets. So damn nice out though I don't want to do much more than sit outside and enjoy it. Have all the windows open so the outside is inside. OK talked me into it one more cup of coffee first.

    A small example of in infrastructure upgrade on campus. Contractors setting new manholes, running 4 sets of 4 inch pvc, installing rebar and concrete over pipes (high voltage duct bank), and pulling new cable. Going to continue into new summer. Good overtime or comp leave for our rank and file!
