Got home last night at like 3am... such an epic trip. This one was 2100 miles

 

BTW.

For anyone with a lifted PreRunner (thinking about you @ChadsPride) and experiencing driveshaft vibration, I just ordered a driveshaft spacer in order to sufficiently lengthen the driveshaft back into the slip yoke output at the transmission. Hopefully it'll go a long way towards eliminating the infamous vibrations that affect many of us. Whatever vibration is left should be taken care of by measuring the driveline angles and shimming/adjusting the CB height as needed.

Thanks for the advise on Hidden Falls! Went yesterday and it was awesome. Mostly stuck to the level 2 trails, but conquered a part of a level 3 trail which was awesome. Took a few hits and scrapes, but no damage. All in all a good day.

 

@rocklobster2008, if I drive that far it's gonna be for the whole weekend, not just one day. But with the temps being like they are...I doubt I camp. You can leave me on the list for now, I will let you know by friday. If it causes me to extend PT at all, even by a day, I can't make it.

 

Totally understandable my man. Love to have ya out but if ya cant make it I'm sure there will plenty of opportunities!

@Wju . Picked it up yesterday morning. Mowed about 5 acres of ~1.5 inch thick persimmon saplings in 4th gear, took about 3 hours. Cutting capacity is 2 inch. They sold the Batwing so I settle for a rigid deck.

 

Looks like there’s more work to do
