Carwash + Window down = no good.....

It is my understanding that this a "Full Service" carwash...not a self serve...I know the self serve carwashes have signs everywhere stating they are not liable for any damages resulting from the carwash...Now on a "Full Service" carwash they take the keys from you and are now operating your vehicle...so they have to be licensed...what if they get in an accident in the parking lot or hit something..they have to be covered...your not driving the vehicle...now what if you purchased a gold packages...which includes carwash...wheel wash...vaccuming interior...windows...etc...I'm not a Lawyer but I'm pretty sure they are responsible until the keys are handed back to you
