Nice one! I’m digging the Inferno over his Quicksand. I like the black accents on your truck. Plus you got the 4wd.

Finally took my truck up the mountain. Nothing crazy, just forest service roads but wow it is so much smoother than my leveled '15 Sierra z71. I could easily do 5-10 mph faster than I'd normally do.

Thanks! My bro lives in Atlanta and I'm in Montana, so his 2WD made more sense there. It's hard to even find a 2WD around here. Before I bought mine, I thought I wanted a Quicksand, and I do like that color a lot, but am glad I ended up with Inferno.

My 2018. Still stock. I am in the process of switching to 265/70/17 without a lift, and researching lift kits. 20180710_193554.jpg

Just some advice, wait until you decide how big you’re going on a lift, install lift, and then get tires. Those tires will look funky if you lift your rig. Just some friendly advice:wave::drunk:

Dayum. Lots of gunmetal rays on the DCLB's.

I wasn't planning on keeping those ugly tires and rims :) so I stopped at the dealer and checked out their lift kits. I like the look of this 3" lift. It was in the show roomScreenshot_20180710-194210_Video Player.jpg

Roger. I was just throwing some advice to install your lift and then decide how big of a tire you’ll want to go with:cheers:

In this pic (3 weeks ago) it was OME 888 springs on 90021 shocks up front, OME shocks and the Dakar medium duty spring pack out back.
The tires are BFG AT KO2's in 285/75r16 on SCS Ray 10 wheels in 16x8 with -12 offset.

Today the truck rides on Icon 2.5 extended travel coilovers with 700lb springs in front and the in the rear I added the extra leaves to the Dakars to make them the heavy duty versions and went with 2.0 extended travel Icon shocks
The suspension change netted me an additional 1.25 inches of lift up front and 0.5 inches in the rear over what I had with the OME setup.
I only changed for the additional height because I'm preparing to move to 35x12.5r16 tires soon.
